First assembled by the Global Justice Network and the United Cartoons Organization, the Justice Toons are a team of children & teenagers, all with special powers and/or abilities, tasked with helping and defending the public, and fighting against any threats to protect the world (which is inhabited with characters in many animated shows from Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel).
Kim Possible – college freshman, babysitter, crime-fighting secret agent & Team Leader of the Justice Toons; has detective-level intelligence and martial arts skills, with gymnastics and athletic abilities.The Powerpuff Girls – 3 sisters (from left to right: Bubbles, Blossom & Buttercup) with many superpowers including super-strength, super-speed, heat vision & flight.Dexter – 10-year-old boy with Genius-level intellect, can build giant robots and machines.Jimmy Neutron – 12-year-old boy with Genius-level intellect, can build small robots, rockets and a shrink ray.Timmy Turner/Kid Wizard – 11-year-old boy with wand that has magical powers granted to him by his fairy godparents.Danny Phantom – college freshman, teenage human with many ghost-like abilities, including invisibility, flight and intangibility.
